FAQs
Q: Do I have to register to watch the online event?
Registering allows you to receive updates about the event, and stay informed about any changes. No donation is required for event registration. Technically you don’t have to register to watch the event, but it’s highly recommended! Register now!
Q: How do I access the event?
Join us online. A “View Program” link will be posted on the MIFYS breakfast website, breakfast.miyfs.org, a few days before the event. It’s as simple as that. Click on the “View Program” link on the morning of the event and share the morning celebrating and supporting your friends and neighbors.
Q: What is the minimum suggested donation for the RiseUp! Virtual Fundraising Breakfast?
Each guest is encouraged to donate a minimum suggested $250/person to MIYFS Foundation. However, please give at the level that feels right to you. Significant city budget cuts, significantly limited Thrift Store hours, reduced staff and countless other challenges mean that our community must rally together for Mercer Island Youth and Family Services.
Q: Is this a family-friendly program? Can anyone watch?
Yes! This is your chance. ANYONE AND EVERYONE should tune in. It’s a chance to learn about MIYFS, what’s happening on our island, and support with sorely needed funds if you’re moved to do so.
Q: Can I submit my donation early?
Absolutely, in addition to registering for the event, you can donate online at www.miyfs.org/donate.
Q: This is great, but I still have more questions!
